These Terms of Use apply to the Kidora Studio website and our Android games. By using our website or games, you agree to use them lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, our services, or third-party services.
Who we are
Kidora Studio is an independent mobile game developer based in Morocco. Our current Google Play titles include Highland Cow Coloring Book, Arrow Puzzle: Brain Game, and Preschool Coloring for Kids.
Personal, non-commercial use
Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, our games, artwork, interface, text, logos, and other original materials are provided for personal use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, impersonate, or use our materials in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Children and parents
Some of our games are designed for children and families. A parent or guardian should decide which apps, screen-time settings, device permissions, and purchases are appropriate for their child. Parent-facing actions should be used by an adult where the app identifies them as parent controls.
Advertising and third-party services
Some games contain ads and may rely on Google Play or other third-party services. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, store, network, or payment system.
Purchases and Google Play
If an app offers a Google Play purchase in the future, payment processing, refunds, and billing controls may be handled by Google Play under its terms. Never send payment card details to Kidora Studio support by email.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue a feature or game. Device compatibility and availability can vary by Android version, country, Google Play status, and technical requirements.
No guaranteed result
Our games are provided for entertainment, creative play, or casual puzzle activity. We do not promise a specific educational, health, financial, competitive, or other outcome from using a game.
Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website and games are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
