This page explains how to request deletion of information that Kidora Studio controls.
Current games do not create Kidora accounts
Highland Cow Coloring Book, Arrow Puzzle: Brain Game, and Preschool Coloring for Kids do not currently require a Kidora Studio player account. Because no Kidora player account is created, there is currently no Kidora account profile to delete.
Delete a support or privacy request
If you previously emailed us and want us to delete personal information contained in a support or privacy conversation that we control, email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request.
Please include:
- the email address you used to contact us;
- the name of the Kidora Studio game involved, if any;
- a short description of the information you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, payment card information, or identity documents unless we specifically explain why verification is necessary.
App data stored on your device
Some game progress or settings may be stored locally on your Android device. Android lets you clear an app’s storage or uninstall the app. Clearing local storage can remove locally saved progress and settings, so use that option only if you understand the effect.
Data handled by third parties
Some app or website data may be processed by third-party platform, advertising, hosting, or technical providers. We can act on information that we control; a third party may have its own privacy and retention process.
If account creation is added later
If a future Kidora Studio app allows users to create an account from within the app, we will provide a readily discoverable in-app account deletion path and an external web method to request deletion of the account and associated data, as required by Google Play policy.
